Today is Terra Madre Day 2010, Slow Food International‘s annual celebration of local foods. All around the world food communities, cooks, academics, youth, Presidia and Ark of Taste producers, restaurants, farms and school garden projects will be hosting events, sharing local foods and traditions, and exploring the ways in which food can “influence our values and attitude” as a community. If you want to find out how you or your organization can get involved, check out the Organizers Kit or go online to find out about a convivial or Terra Madre community near you.
