Answering the Question: What to Eat?

It’s a question that most people ask themselves at least three times per day–what am I going to eat? A new short video from Farm Sanctuary’s Plate to Planet project explores the small decisions that people make every day about what to eat and how those decisions have a big impact on their health and the environment. The video is produced by Greener Media, voiced by Jason Schwartzman and features contributions from a number of agricultural experts that include Nourishing the Planet co-Project Director, Danielle Nierenberg, along with Director of the Sierra Club’s Environmental Quality Program, Ed Hopkins; Executive Director of Food & Water Watch, Wenonah Hauter; President and co-Founder of Farm Sanctuary, Gene Baur; and Brighter Green Executive Director Mia Macdonald.
