We have a whole new crop of staff and interns joining the Nourishing the Planet team this fall. Today, meet Isaac Hopkins.
Isaac Hopkins recently graduated from The College of William and Mary with degrees in geology and English. His senior research thesis focused on monitoring agricultural runoff during storms, which led to an interest in farming techniques and food system policy. Isaac is taking a year to work and apply what he has learned, but next year he intends to continue his schooling in a graduate program in hydrology or geosciences.
When he’s not contemplating the mechanics of through-fall rain chemistry, you might find Isaac painting, crafting computer programs, jamming on the guitar, or playing soccer.
